1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the at444 platform, including the website at at444.io and any associated mobile interfaces. By accessing any part of the at444 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published by at444, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

at444 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, at444 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the player's responsibility to review this document periodically.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the at444 platform. Any balances or pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You must notify at444 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. at444 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security.

3.4 KYC Verification

Players may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotions

at444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will not be retroactively disadvantaged by changes made after their opt-in, except where fraud or abuse has been identified.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the at444 platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to a technical error, connectivity issue, or system fault are not valid and will not be settled.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on at444 are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. at444 reserves the right to withdraw or suspend any market without notice. In the event of an obvious error in pricing (a "palpable error"), at444 reserves the right to correct the odds and settle bets at the corrected price, or to void the affected bets, at its sole discretion.

6.3 Bet Settlement

All bets will be settled in accordance with at444's official sport-specific rules, which are available within the relevant betting section of the platform. Settlement is based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. Where the outcome of an event is disputed, at444 may delay settlement pending clarification from the governing body.

6.4 Cricket Betting

Cricket markets at at444 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other scheduled fixtures. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable cricket betting rules published on the platform. For BPL and Bangladesh Tigers matches, at444 uses official results as declared by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) or the relevant tournament authority.

7. Casino Games
